The FONZE HOUSE Prefab House is a general-purpose modular residential unit designed for permanent or semi-permanent use. Compared with traditional buildings, it offers faster construction (15-30 days from order to delivery), lower cost (saves 30-50% on labor and material), and flexible layout that can be expanded or relocated as project needs change.
Standard models range from 20ft single-unit dwellings to 40ft multi-room houses. Walls use 75mm rock-wool sandwich panels for superior thermal and acoustic insulation; roof and floor systems are reinforced for 20+ years of service life in all climate zones.
Typical applications include worker dormitories, family residences, vacation cabins, schools, clinics, retail shops, and emergency shelters. Interior finishes (vinyl floor, PVC ceiling, paint, kitchen & bathroom fittings) and exterior color (RAL palette) are fully customizable to match local preferences and regulations.
