Product Overview
The FONZE HOUSE Z Folding Prefab House uses a unique Z-shaped folding mechanism that compresses the entire unit to roughly one-quarter of its deployed size. This dramatically reduces transportation volume and cost, making it ideal for projects that require frequent relocation, overseas shipping, or remote site delivery.
Each unit is built with a galvanized cold-rolled steel frame (Q235), 50mm rock-wool / EPS sandwich wall panels, and a complete electrical distribution system pre-installed in the factory. A 20ft unit can be unfolded and secured in place by 3-4 workers within 1-2 hours, with no welding or heavy machinery required on site.
Common applications include site offices, dormitories, schools, clinics, retail kiosks, and emergency-response housing. The interior layout, doors, windows, electrical fittings, and finishing materials can all be customized to match your project requirements and local climate.
