The FONZE HOUSE Other Modular Houses category covers a wide range of small-footprint, purpose-built modular units that share the same galvanized steel frame and sandwich panel construction as our other product lines. These include security guard booths, ticket kiosks, mobile retail shops, public toilets, rest pavilions, and tool storage cabins.
All units are factory-prefabricated with concealed wiring, lighting, ventilation, and (where applicable) plumbing, so they can be put into service the moment they are placed on site. Most models are forklift-portable and require no permanent foundation — a flat concrete slab or brick leveling pad is sufficient.
Common sizes range from 1.2×1.2m guard booths to 6×3m public toilet units. Custom sizes, colors, and configurations are available on request. These modular units are widely used in construction sites, scenic areas, residential communities, schools, hospitals, ports, and other public spaces.
