Product Overview
The FONZE HOUSE M Folding-High-end Container House is a premium-grade modular unit that uses an M-shape folding mechanism to ship flat and unfold on site into a fully finished living or working space. The folding design allows a single 40HQ container to carry 6-8 units, significantly reducing sea freight cost per unit.
Each unit is built with a Q235B galvanized steel frame (rectangular square tubes 1.5-2.2mm thick), 75mm composite wall panels (outer 0.35mm color steel + inner 0.23mm color steel + glass rock wool 50kg/m³), cement fiber board flooring (15mm), and a complete concealed electrical system pre-installed in the factory. All electrical products comply with CE certification, with moisture-proof installation and standardized circuit engineering.
Typical applications include site offices, dormitories, schools, clinics, retail kiosks, vacation cabins, and high-end prefab residences. The M Folding-High-end series is especially suited for projects that demand superior thermal insulation, soundproofing, fire resistance, and elegant interior finishes.
